Unopened and unused items: We accept returns for unopened and unused food packaging products within 2 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Defective or damaged items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 1 days of receipt. We will gladly replace or refund the item for you.

Non-Eligible Items for Returns:

Perishable items: Due to the nature of food packaging products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for perishable items.

Customized or personalized items: Any food packaging products that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are defective or damaged.
